Wendy’s activism journey began at the ripe young age of 11, when she formed the “Action Club”, doing a variety of good deeds around her community. As an adult, Wendy injects love and purpose into every single thing she does. Professionally, Wendy has grown from leading youth programming and summer camps, to leading corporate leaders in adventure-based trainings, to creating a very successful consulting firm, Continuum Consulting LLC, which guides leaders from across the global business spectrum. Starting Let’s Choose Love has been a deep passion project that combines Wendy’s excellence in coaching with her desire to cultivate more love and kindness in the world.

Wendy loves spending time with her two adult children, traveling, adventuring, and enjoying live music. Wendy is also very involved in her local community, Asheville, North Carolina.

With a Master’s degree in International Business, fluency in Spanish, and a heart for people, Dee brings a global mindset and deep relational skill to everything she touches. She’s passionate about empowering others, building community, and ensuring our mission radiates through every program and partnership.

As a business strategist, speaker, and project manager, Dee is helping shape the next phase of Let’s Choose Love—leading our strategic planning, grant programming, and board development with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Cindy serves as Director of Operations for Let's Choose Love, where she combines strategic operations with a heart for service. She oversees the organization's finances, grant administration, technology, and operational systems, ensuring that every detail supports the mission of empowering people to turn compassion into action.

Cindy believes that when organizations are built on strong foundations, they can create lasting impact. She is inspired by the everyday people who step forward to serve their communities and is honored to help bring their Give Back Dreams to life.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family—especially her beautiful grandchildren. She loves knitting, sharing delicious meals, and engaging in heartfelt conversations that deepen connection and remind us of what matters most.
